As buyers relocating to Florida from the Northeast, we needed a lot of help. Fortunately our buyer's agent was Lindsay Richer from the Barbara Zorn team. Lindsay is a delight to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the area and took the time to understand our needs to find us the perfect property in Cocoa Beach! The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Thank you Lindsay and Barbara, we couldn't be happier!
It was a great and smooth experience working with Zorn’ team . They went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. They’re very knowledgeable and offered us guidance throughout the whole process.
Anne Silvestri and all of Barbara's team were top notch. I loved how they listened to our inputs and put them into action. Thank you Anne for your wonderful sweet demeanor and attention. Cheers!!!
My Realtor Anne was lovely, personable & knowledgeable. She always kept me up to date on all activities. I would recommend Barbara Zorn & her highly skilled staff for your realestate needs!
Barbara is a very competent agent. She is always available for questions and overcoming obstacles that appear during the transaction. Definitely would use her again and recommend her to any seller or buyer
Very professional. Barbara and her team were prepared for all the expected and the unexpected events of our sale. We were very satisfied.
There is a certain level of professionalism, communication and knowledge that it takes to market and sell your home. We certainly found this combination with Barbara Zorn. Barbara and her team took over from day one. The marketing covered every outlet from newsprint to all of the social media platforms with professional photographs and a graphic description of the property. We could not have done it without her. The communication was constant. She was always available to answer any questions no matter the time of day or night; text, email or phone calls. We literally sat back and watched it all happening around us. If you are looking to put your home on the market and in the best hands, reach out to Barabara. I can assure you that you will have the same wonderful experience that we did !
Barbara Zorn and her team sold our home within one week! She hooked us up with an excellent painter and estate sale business. Then she helped us navigate the low inventory of homes. She took us house hunting multiple times and, due to her connections, even showed us some houses before they came on the market. From beachside to Palm Bay, Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, and Merritt Island, she knew neighborhoods and knew us well enough to know which houses we'd like and which ones we would not. Ultimately we found the "Unicorn," and thanks to Barbara's connections with a loan officer, we closed on that house exactly one month later, to the day. We highly recommend Barbara for any of your buying or selling needs.
Laura had a keen insight on our housing requirements. It was not a short journey to find the home that was right for us but Laura helped us through the process. Not to mention that she has outstanding patience. Highly recommend Laura to anyone in need of an excellent real estate agent.
It was great working with people who know their business and will respond to calls, text or emails in a timely fashion and the agents are friendly and knowledgeable, if they are not sure of something they will find out and relay the info quickly.
