Henry has been photographing our family since 2020, and as he transitioned into real estate we knew we wanted to sell our house through him as well. He has been able to capture some important milestones for us already, so why not another one! Working full-time with two kids and multiple trainings outside of the state, this is the busiest time in our lives. But thanks to Henry we did not have to think twice about the house admits all the other chaos. Plus, selling a modular home has its challenges, but he made the process super smooth and kept everything moving on schedule to ensure we’d be able to close on time with no delays (IYKYK). He ensured constant communication for both my husband and I, ensuring we were receiving the same information. Heck, he even answered our questions right away while he was on vacation - talk about dedication! Leaving the Black Hills hasn’t quite hit us yet, but having a house on the market while living abroad was something we wanted to avoid if at all possible. He guided us through the best timeline based on the current market and brought the market sells to us in guiding us through best renovations to consider before listing. As any big life event, there are hiccups, misunderstandings, and unexpected events but through it all I’m glad to say we had a friend along the way. Roy was extremely quick at communicating, which was especially important in this housing market where the right house sells in a matter of hours. He was always willing to schedule and accommodate our requests to view houses, and almost always in the same day. He listened to what we were looking for upfront and asked for feedback on each house we looked at together to really hone in on our wants and needs. In the end, Roy was able to find us a stellar deal that worked well for everything and did an excellent job easing any of our worries and answering our questions throughout the entirety of the process. He let us know during negotiations, inspections, and closing what to expect so we were never in the dark by ourselves and it really felt like he was on our team looking for the house that fit our family with us.

We just can’t say enough good things about Henry. He treated us so well. He answered any questions we had, gave us great insight- took care of any and every detail. Henry was very understanding of our needs and wants in a home for our military relocation to South Dakota.
