Henry called me back nearly right away, was at least in touch the same day in some way. He would get videos for me the same day as my interests. He kept me well informed on the market and his team made the process easy. We would have liked more livability information to see if we were compatible with the home choices available and guidance as we were new to the area from another state. Henry has been photographing our family since 2020, and as he transitioned into real estate we knew we wanted to sell our house through him as well. He has been able to capture some important milestones for us already, so why not another one! He listened to what we were looking for upfront and asked for feedback on each house we looked at together to really hone in on our wants and needs. In the end, Roy was able to find us a stellar deal that worked well for everything and did an excellent job easing any of our worries and answering our questions throughout the entirety of the process. He let us know during negotiations, inspections, and closing what to expect so we were never in the dark by ourselves and it really felt like he was on our team looking for the house that fit our family with us.
