We marketed our home almost a full year before having to remove it from the market. 2025 was a terrible year in our area and our agent did her best to get it done but it came time to make a change. Henry dispalyed impressive knowledge of the real estate business in general and the Black Hills market in particular. His personal customer service was excellent. As with most home sales, we ran into some snags along the way. Specifically we had a radon problem, some buyer financing glitches, and a home damage issue that arose at the last minute. Henry has a network of troubleshooters that he put into gear immediately, and solved our problems very quickly with minimum fuss at reasonable prices. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for Henry to respond to a text or phone call. All buyers and sellers would benfit from Henry's impressive array of talents, but those selling or buying homes on the high end of the price spectrum, where transactions tend to be more complicated, would especially benefit from his expertise, assertiveness, network of contacts, and superb business sense.
