Henry has been photographing our family since 2020, and as he transitioned into real estate we knew we wanted to sell our house through him as well. He has been able to capture some important milestones for us already, so why not another one! Working full-time with two kids and multiple trainings outside of the state, this is the busiest time in our lives. In the end, Roy was able to find us a stellar deal that worked well for everything and did an excellent job easing any of our worries and answering our questions throughout the entirety of the process. We marketed our home almost a full year before having to remove it from the market. 2025 was a terrible year in our area and our agent did her best to get it done but it came time to make a change. We met with Henry and he shared his marketing strategy with us and we felt compelled to hire him. From day one Henry plastered our home all over the country, we finally had some want to buy our home. As soon as we were in escrow Henry and his team kept us in the loop and when things needed done he was on it. I felt his resources to fix things or update things were endless. Henry was on vacation with his family in Europe and it was close to our closing. Henry dispalyed impressive knowledge of the real estate business in general and the Black Hills market in particular. He has an assertive and proactive, yet diplomatic personal style, a ready-to-use network of relevant support businesses, and very impressive business sense. His personal customer service was excellent. As with most home sales, we ran into some snags along the way. Specifically we had a radon problem, some buyer financing glitches, and a home damage issue that arose at the last minute. Henry has a network of troubleshooters that he put into gear immediately, and solved our problems very quickly with minimum fuss at reasonable prices. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for Henry to respond to a text or phone call. All buyers and sellers would benfit from Henry's impressive array of talents, but those selling or buying homes on the high end of the price spectrum, where transactions tend to be more complicated, would especially benefit from his expertise, assertiveness, network of contacts, and superb business sense.
