This home purchase was the first for my daughter so it was important we had a realtor that checked all the boxes. Roy did just that. Not once did we have to wait for a response when we had questions from he or his staff. Because he is so familiar with Rapid City and the Black Hills, it was really easy to coordinate showing of homes. He and his staff made the process simple for my daughter, explaining everything in detail. He went above and beyond even walking us through video showing of a home when we couldn't attend. I feel like we put him up against a challenge and he answered the challenge with ease. He's such a likeable, patient person! Highly recommend.

I knew I wanted Roy to help us sell our house, as we've known him for several years from photographing our wedding and then subsequent family photos for 6+ years. Roy really makes sure you are taken care of as a seller- (our experience was with only with selling our home.) He made sure to take amazing photos of our house and property, gave us tips and tricks to make the house look nice for showings, even came back and took new photos after we removed it from the market for a few months to finish up some construction before relisting it- all without complaint. This was a move out of state for us, so he checked in on our house for us while it was sitting empty waiting for its new owners, even stopping to get mail once when a package was mistakenly mailed to the old address. He handled every bump in the process with grace and even took care of an issue with another agent for us. You won't regret all the hard work that he will put into advertising and marketing your home. He even sent us a sweet gift to our new home on closing day. We had a lot of stressful events leading up to and including the day of closing, so it was nice to have the peace of mind of someone I trusted with this process.
