She patiently listened to us when we were flooding her with first-time buyers questions, never pressured us to make decisions, and remained supportive during a particularly long lending process with our chosen lender. We went to at least five open houses with her, and for each she pointed out both the strong points as well as potential downsides. Her attention-to-detail and organization really stood out during the escrow and document signing process. Despite going through a drawn out escrow process (due to issues with the property) and having to sign so many documents, we never felt overwhelmed.
