Becky was a joy to work with! A friend referred us to Becky for a house we were interested in on Cape Cod. Becky was outstanding in every aspect of the process of selling our family vacation home. From necessary and suggested work and repairs, researching issues for clear title such as outstanding permits, etc., things that never entered our minds. It is without any hesitation that I recommend Becky! I was in the process of moving my Father and selling his condo and Becky made it an easy and seamless process for us. Her knowledge of the market made us more confident in our listing, and her prompt attention to all the moving parts of a senior move made it an easy and rewarding experience. Her responsiveness is within the hour, but often within minutes, answering questions and addressing concerns. She has many connections in the community and this was an added bonus for us when seeking the additional services needed during a move. What a great experience. Becky was very knowledgeable about the market. She gave us honest pros and cons about the neighborhoods and homes we looked at. She gave us numerous, insightful things to consider as we thought through our decision. We started our search a while back. She was very patient and never applied pressure. She tried hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right house for us. She was looking out for us when negotiations came and we knew she was on our side. She may have even been the most helpful with all the little things to do after the first offer. Becky is smart, knowledgeable, nice and just a great realtor!

We were in need of getting our house on the market, and while the listing price was originally below our expectations, we did get $20k over asking in the end, so that helped soften the blow. Becky is an agent we've used once before, she was also our Buyers agent for the same house just a few years prior. We were very happy with the quick turn around. We had the house listed on a Thursday, and got an over asking offer by that Sunday. So, knowing what the average turn around time was on a split level house on the Cape, that was truly astounding. She helped us navigate through a veritable mountain of documentation and logistics. So we were very happy with the end result. She even helped consult with our Buyers agent via the new home we were purchasing, and even she was left in awe of Becky's prowess as an agent. We hated to leave the Cape, but in the end, family came first, and thanks to Becky, the transitional blow was a much more comfortable experience than it would have been otherwise... so much thanks to Becky for her truly god like powers in Real Estate.
