Amanda helped me to find the perfect home in a difficult market! She also put her skills to work while helping me get my family home ready for sale. She offered many professional contacts and options to prepare the home. She utilized her marketing experience and resources to present the home in the best possible way. It was comforting to have Amanda to rely on during the chaos of losing family and having to sell the home.
I’m very thankful to have had amanda by my side helping me in this extremely tough real estate market. She was continually reaching out to me and when the perfect house did come up she made sure I knew wzactly what needed to be done and helped guide me along the way. Even now after already purchasing the home she has reached out to make sure everything has been going well.
Amanda DeFazio was professional, enthusiastic and proactive when selling my home. I’d recommend her for the sale of a home whole heartedly. Thank you Amanda & Kinlin Grover!
