What a great experience. Becky was very knowledgeable about the market. She gave us honest pros and cons about the neighborhoods and homes we looked at. She gave us numerous, insightful things to consider as we thought through our decision. We started our search a while back. She was very patient and never applied pressure. She tried hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right house for us. She was looking out for us when negotiations came and we knew she was on our side. We were in need of getting our house on the market, and while the listing price was originally below our expectations, we did get $20k over asking in the end, so that helped soften the blow.
