Just some examples: - We found an open permit and on the spot Jeff found the specifics and contacts to get it closed. - First name basis with our mortgage broker, sellers realtors, attorney, check. Can’t beat those longstanding local connections. - Guidance and gentle reminders on setting up utilities, insurance, attorney communications. Check. -Even a frozen lockbox….no contest. He seems to love what he does, knows the Cape and his business in and out and always goes above and beyond. Best of all he is endlessly kind and patient. He’s Cape Cods Realtor of the Year for a reason. A well deserved accolade for a true professional.
