I was attracted to real estate because I love serving the needs of the community. As a retired Sergeant with a local Police Department, I served this great community and the citizens therein. I have lived and worked in Peoria for the last 20 years and been a “west sider” for 37 years. I married my wonderful husband, Harry, 29 years ago and together we have raised two beautiful girls and are now grandparents. My team has recently expanded to Prescott and the quad cities. I will be bringing our same great customer service and continue to serve the Phoenix Metro area as well. I am also a proud member of the Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR). This year I started as a volunteer on the Community Service and Outreach Committee through PAAR. The classes cover risk management, contract law, sales, innovative technology, professional standards, code of ethics and arbitration to name a few. These classes can take up to 5 years to complete, but it is worth the commitment for my clients. Incredibly Helpful and Patient Throughout the Process!

Amelia and her great team My loan Agent and the title company are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Amelia Tutera will work with you to make your desires a reality. Amelia is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, (and there was a few disagreements with the seller’s Agent but Amelia and her team made me feel important every single time they told me words like “We work for you not the seller, I will get you the best deals!” Amelia was so patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat! Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! I had a GREAT team! THE BEST!!
