My family entrusted Shari Howard with the sale of our ten year-old home, and the purchase of a new (used) home. From day one she was very responsive and helped us with the timing of the sale and purchase of both homes. Mind you, this was during 2020, yet, in the middle of the pandemic, she maintained safety and still did not flinch to attend every trip we made to see potential houses. For months she sent us houses to look at and then drove over to our end of town to look at them with us and talk us through what we liked and did not like. She walked us through the entire process and her knowledge of the ins and outs of what needed to happen was impressive.
