Incredibly Helpful and Patient Throughout the Process!
Amelia and her great team My loan Agent and the title company are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Amelia Tutera will work with you to make your desires a reality. Amelia is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, (and there was a few disagreements with the seller’s Agent but Amelia and her team made me feel important every single time they told me words like “We work for you not the seller, I will get you the best deals!” Amelia was so patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat! Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! I had a GREAT team! THE BEST!!
