I can’t even begin to say how wonderful both Adriano and Katie are. They both more just realtors. They care, they are kind caring and warm human beings. My home was on the market for over a year we had some lookers but no offers. It was not good. I neighbor referred us to Katie. It was like an angel was sent from above just for my husband and I. I met with Katie and she was like a breath of fresh air. She was so sweet and kind, and understanding of what we were going through. She told us not to worry that she would sell our house. I felt good vibes from her. She had her crew come over in the next couple of days of our first meeting together. Her husband Adriano was just as warm and caring and understanding. He took 3D photos of our home which he made a walk through video. Wow I was so impressed I wanted to buy my own house. She also had a photography talking photo. They are so professional. I told her how stressed I was about selling my home, she was so understanding of my feelings and so helpful. She was there for me the whole step of the way. She sold my house in less than a week. She kept in contact with me all the time making sure I was doing ok reassuring me that everything will work out just fine. I was very sad about leaving my home, but both her and her husband were telling me, what a great future is in store for me. A new home new community a new out look on life. They were so encouraging. The day of our closing on our old home was in the morning, they both were there giving me moral support. True North Reality is the name of her company. If I had to do it over again I want them on my team. Like I said Adriano and Katie Lamboglia are more than just realtors. They are warm heated caring people. Who go far and beyond in what they do. We still keep in touch. I recommend them 200 precent if you need to see your home.
