Crystal Klahn is a true professional in NC real estate, and will absolutely help you through the home buying and selling process, all while making it smooth and effortless. My family and I are moving to NC from FL, and had to make several trips to the area to find a home. On every occasion, Crystal made her self available to help guide us through several areas, and had multiple listings of homes that were in our budget and met the needs of our family. This process spanned several months for us, and she was right there by our side the entire time. She maintained consistent contact, offering possible listings we might have been interested in, offering to look at the properties on our behalf, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Crystal is also great resource for all the other factors and needs of the home buying process. She introduced us to a great colleague in the financial/mortgage side of home buying, as well as the various home inspection companies needed to make a solid decision. Throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed or obligated to buy any property. She truly was there to help us find the home we loved. Thea was such an amazing realtor during our home buying process. We were in process of moving from Wisconsin to North Carolina and Thea did such a great job with helping us find the perfect home in our ideal location. With being states away, Thea made the home buying process smooth and so much less stressful. She was knowledgeable in the area we were looking into and gave us not only great home knowledge, but things to for in a home, things to check out in the area, and learning the realty rules that were different than our home state. She helped us get a feel for what to expect with this new southern lifestyle. She had great resources for when we were ready to get our inspection and home loan process, especially since we were unfamiliar with the area. Again, since we didn't always get down to NC, she helped us with video calls, virtual tours and even was so kind to do our final walk through on video chat. She is so friendly and kind and we cannot thank her enough for all her help with this move.

Working with Lucas was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor (and sadly we had a few bad experiences with others in the past). If you want someone who is going to fight to get you the best deal, get your inspections done on time and at the best price, and be there for advice when you need it, Lucas is absolutely the right person to work with. Lucas is incredibly responsive, and always got back to us super humanly fast. We were never in the dark, and he went above and beyond to communicate to us, or any additional parties involved, during each stage of the process. We never needed to ask for anything. Lucas would always proactively take action on items without us ever needing to ask him to. He always knew what needed to be done and was a step ahead of everyone during the entire process. Whether we needed to submit documents, get comps to justify our position during negotiations, or get our mortgage company to push our deal over the finish line, we could always count on Lucas to be there working at all hours to make sure we were happy and on track to close. We recommend working with Lucas if you are looking for a top tier realtor.
