Elaine asked me for listings I was interested in, then she went to work identifying other similar properties for me to look at. She cleared her calendar to show me houses on short notice. She even told me if I saw a house that I liked that was not for sale, she’d be happy to approach the owner to see if they were interested in selling. Once I found a house, she identified contractors who could help me with renovations I wanted to make.
