Kelly Johnson

We very much enjoyed working with Kelly! We moved from WA to NC and we weren’t sure what we were looking for- land to build, house with acreage, house on the lake, townhome, rental! We were all over the place and Kelly was patient with us and had searches going for all those options lol. She made sure to be available for us when we flew in the few times and when we weren’t in town she would FaceTime with us and walk through the homes and properties to show us. She also had recommendations for us where to store our cars, look for furniture, house cleaners, etc. planning to call up Kelly for any future house sales or purchases!

When we first met Kelly, she sat down with us for over an hour and explained the entire home buying process. As first time homebuyers, this was extremely helpful and informative! Throughout the process, she was responsive and took the time to explain everything that was going on behind the scenes. She found us the perfect home and we're so happy that we found Kelly!

Kelly was wonderful! This was the first time I have ever bought a house, and she was available whenever I had a question. She also went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy for me as possible. I am very glad she was my realtor, and I highly recommend her.

Kelly showed me a number of homes to choose from. She stayed within my budget and the type of homes I wanted to see. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and a delight to work with. She even recommended contractors, furniture stores, etc which really helps when you’re new to the area. Thank you Kelly!
