They recommended staging the house and we believe that was important to generate interest and activity early in the listing. Rachel was very responsive. She went above and beyond in helping to organize all of the inspections for the house. My house is an older house and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out thing to focus on and pay more attention to. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to North Carolina and don’t have a lot of knowledge of the area. She made the buying process extremely easy and made sure to answer all my question immediately. On a side note she was also great at pointing out specifics of the area as I am new here.
