Lucas would always proactively take action on items without us ever needing to ask him to. He always knew what needed to be done and was a step ahead of everyone during the entire process. Whether we needed to submit documents, get comps to justify our position during negotiations, or get our mortgage company to push our deal over the finish line, we could always count on Lucas to be there working at all hours to make sure we were happy and on track to close.
