Thea is very knowledgeable about the area she serves. She took the time to get to know our preferences before we arrived in north Carolina to view homes available. We were able to see a number of homes that would have fit the bill, and some that didn't. Thea gave us a of choices and worked tirelessly to make sure we found a home we can be excited to live in. once we found our home, Thea went above and beyond expectations, sending us video and pictures of our homes progress and served as our liaison with the builder to make sure our home was perfect for us once we made the trip from New Hampshire to North Carolina. Thea is not only an extremely capable agent and one that her employer should be proud to have on staff, but she is our first friend in North Carolina, and we could not be prouder to call her our friend.

Highly recommend. Brooke not only listened when we expressed our needs and wants, but covertly noticed things that drew our attention and especially things we didn't see, so she quickly began to predict what aspects of each house to point out. Crystal Klahn is a true professional in NC real estate, and will absolutely help you through the home buying and selling process, all while making it smooth and effortless. My family and I are moving to NC from FL, and had to make several trips to the area to find a home. On every occasion, Crystal made her self available to help guide us through several areas, and had multiple listings of homes that were in our budget and met the needs of our family. This process spanned several months for us, and she was right there by our side the entire time. She maintained consistent contact, offering possible listings we might have been interested in, offering to look at the properties on our behalf, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Crystal is also great resource for all the other factors and needs of the home buying process. She introduced us to a great colleague in the financial/mortgage side of home buying, as well as the various home inspection companies needed to make a solid decision. Throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed or obligated to buy any property. She truly was there to help us find the home we loved.
