Katie is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. She negotiated a great deal for me!. Adrian remembered that I wanted room measurements at the first house I looked at and showed up to the 2nd one with a tape measure. Katie has been able to refer me to a great local lending agent, house inspector, landscapet, and a company to clean out my gutters.
