Bailey Breen

Very smooth transition, Baily was very knowledgeable and always available to discuss next steps for our property purchase. Went out of his way to help arrange perk testing and met me at property on a few occasions to walk the property. Highly recommend

Great communication with Nolan, even late night or weekend occasions of questions. He was always quick with response. I would assume to hear back Monday, next day. Not at all. He's getting recommended from those I know. Quick with the whole process too. Very professional. Young man. Good Luck With your New Baby Too!

Bailey & Nolan are young, dynamic marketing professionals who are particularly knowledgeable and experienced with 7-figure priced properties...even more so on lakefront properties. They were laser-focused on getting us quick activity and did extensive pre-release work that resulted in an acceptable offer in 15 days. They truly understand the social media world and use it to our advantage, and they do so ethically. Their counsel was always spot-on. Won't hesitate to recommend them.

From the day we asked Bailey to sell our house to the day we closed, Bailey worked professionally and diligently with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. We couldn't have picked a better agent, and I would recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor. Thank you Bailey!

One of the best home sale transactions I've ever had. Bailey is absolutely amazing and did everything to make sure that the sale of the house went very smooth. Very competent and open to help in anyway to move things along. I had no problems and I would recommend Bailey and Nolen to anyone needing to buy or sell at home in the Hickory area.

We work mostly with Bailey. Nolan is great at his profession as well and very knowledgeable. Bailey will work hard and persistent to sell your home. From his previous history in the motor-cross circuit, he is accustomed to the serious disciplined needed to help many customers across the housing spectrum.
