We could not have asked for a better experience working with Karen Montgomery! Last spring, Karen handled the sale of my mother’s home, and she went above and beyond anything we ever imagined a real estate agent would do. We still had some belongings remaining in the home, and instead of making that an obstacle, Karen worked around them and even creatively incorporated some of the items into the staging. She also went the extra mile by creating AI images to help potential buyers envision how they could make the spaces their own. It was such a thoughtful and creative approach to presenting the home at its best. The results spoke for themselves. We received several offers almost immediately, including one within the first 24 hours of the home being on the market—and that was the offer we ultimately accepted!
