Tim helped us through the selling of our home under difficult circumstances - we were forced to move because of a job change, and our house sat empty for a while (due to the economy). Tim kept an extra eye on it for us, and even did some repairs that we couldn't do because we were 1,500 miles away. I'd use Tim in a heartbeat if we came back to Maine, and I would - and I have - recommend him unequivocally.
