I immediately had the sense that Marsha was a fair and honest person the second I met her. She came to us through a third party reference so we had no knowledge of who we were meeting. I had a realtor in my family and had heard all the manipulation that goes on ( no offense to realtors, every one has self interests, just depends on how far you take them) so I was feeling skeptical. Marsha has a strong moral compass. That said, she definitely protects her client's interest when needed. She was willing to work very hard for us in a fairly remote area where distance between properties can be far. She did not mind doing what she had to do to make sure we were both satisfied with our purchase. She got answers to our questions quickly.
