This is my first home buying experience and Tim met with me personally and found the perfect realtor for me – Eric Landry. There were many bumps in the road but each time they were smoothed over by Tim Dunham Realty. Every call was answered promptly and I was treated like I was their only client. Although Eric was my realtor, Tim was just a phone call away. I would highly recommend both Tim and Eric.

Tim Dunham and his team were ABSOLUTELY fantastic during this crazy housing market time. We told him what we were looking for but also expressed we wanted to look around ourselves too. He never hesitated about any of our requests but ALWAYS gave us the facts without beating around the bush. He always made us feel like he was available for us whenever we needed him as well. Because of all this, we not only got our dream home, we saved significant amount of money on a house we never thought we stood a chance on AND was able to close on time in the chaotic market. He took great care of the sellers needs while also making sure us (the buyer) were taken care of too. He is a magician that makes serious magic happen. I’ll never forget it and I still am raving and recommending his team to anyone that says they are looking to buy/sell their home!

Tim and his team are truly the best of the best. We have both bought and sold multiple homes with him over the last decade. In a seller’s market where some washed out pictures from a iPhone and a few phone calls or emails can get the job done Tim goes way above and beyond. Listing the home was a complete package experience with professional photographs including 3D modeling and drone work, detailed research in determining a fair and accurate listing price, a professionally run open house, and countless hours spent talking with buyer’s agents on our behalf. In the end our sale price was significantly higher than we expected and while we can attribute that success in part to the strong market we truly believe Tim’s expertise and professional approach was what made the difference in maximizing our profit. If we end up needing real estate services again we know who to call!

Tim was polite, personable, and knowledgeable as he guided me through my purchase options, much like a tour guide who becomes the favorite part of my visit to a foreign city. Later, when it was time to sell that same property, he brought all his experience, prompt communications, and team of staging and photography/videography experts to steer me through preparation for market. The web presentation was appealing and response was overwhelmingly positive. Tim ethically guided negotiations with buyer's realtors and assembled all the offers into a comprehensive spreadsheet for me to make an educated decision. He is a realtor of high caliper and impeccable character. I recommend him whole heartedly!
