Listing the home was a complete package experience with professional photographs including 3D modeling and drone work, detailed research in determining a fair and accurate listing price, a professionally run open house, and countless hours spent talking with buyer’s agents on our behalf. In the end our sale price was significantly higher than we expected and while we can attribute that success in part to the strong market we truly believe Tim’s expertise and professional approach was what made the difference in maximizing our profit. If we end up needing real estate services again we know who to call!

Tim was polite, personable, and knowledgeable as he guided me through my purchase options, much like a tour guide who becomes the favorite part of my visit to a foreign city. Later, when it was time to sell that same property, he brought all his experience, prompt communications, and team of staging and photography/videography experts to steer me through preparation for market. The web presentation was appealing and response was overwhelmingly positive. Tim ethically guided negotiations with buyer's realtors and assembled all the offers into a comprehensive spreadsheet for me to make an educated decision.
