Mickie was wonderful and prompt right from the start! She answered our many questions, and got information that we requested very quickly. Whenever we inquired about a listing, she was always super responsive and got us a showing right away. She was an absolute joy to work with! I’m pretty sure my husband and I were just as excited to visit with Mickie as we were the houses we were to see the houses she showed us. We looked at a lot of houses, and in the end she helped us find our dream home, and I am forever grateful to her.

I certainly recommend Marsha to anyone needing a professional broker. She will go above and beyond to represent you and comunicate regularly. Her knowledge of her profession is remarkable. The contract she settled for me was a complicated Estate sale with many issues that arrose and had to be resolved. It took some time to resolve but Marsha always made me feel that I was her only client. She is a delight to work with and I will never use another broker should I require one.

Like most of America, we were searching for a home during the teeth of the pandemic. Unlike most of America, we had the best partner looking out for us. An unbelievably optimistic and patient partner named Marsha DeCosta. Marsha searched with us for over two years as we were outbid over and over and over again. While people lost their minds by bidding prices up 10, 15 and 20% over asking, Marsha never once lost her hope or composure that we would eventually prevail. From writing up a multitude of offers to boating to an island in February and face-timing us a tour of the house, Marsha never once let us down. And you know what? She was totally right, because we eventually purchased the waterfront property of our dreams. I can't thank Marsha enough for sticking with us during one of the most bizarrely difficult periods in real estate. She's truly the best and you'd be lucky to have her as your realtor.
