Marsha has been my agent twice. Three years ago Marsha helped me find my dream home. It was a wonderful experience and her knowledge saved me time and money. When I decided to sell my rental property, I reached out to Marsha immediately. I had a renter at my property, so I didn't want to burden my renter with lots of showings. I requested that my property only be shown for 3 days. This put a lot of pressure on Marsha to get the right buyers to look at the property during a very short period of time. Marsha quickly established a game plan to get my property advertised. Her game plan worked out wonderfully. We had a lot of showings in the 3-day period with multiple offers. Marsha helped me understand the pros and cons of each offer. She also gave me as much information as she could about the buyers. It was important for me to sell the home to someone that loved my home as much as I did. Marsha hadn't changed since the last time I had her as my agent. She was super responsive and kept me informed of any questions that the prospective buyers had for me and my wife. She walked us through the closing making sure we understood every step. It was an enjoyable experience for my family. I was able to sell my house $45,000 above asking price. Someone my read that and think that I was lucky because it is currently a seller's market. They would be wrong in my opinion. Marsha walked us through and around the house identifying small things we could do to make the property more appealing to perspective buyers. Things that I definitely wouldn`t have noticed. I followed every suggestion she made, and I know that it made a difference because several of her suggestions were mentioned by the sellers and their agent during closing. I am currently looking to reinvest my money in a camp. Marsh is already looking for the right camp for my family. We wouldn`t consider buying or selling a property without having her as our agent. My family values her that much.

There were many bumps in the road but each time they were smoothed over by Tim Dunham Realty. Every call was answered promptly and I was treated like I was their only client. Tim Dunham and his team were ABSOLUTELY fantastic during this crazy housing market time. We told him what we were looking for but also expressed we wanted to look around ourselves too. He never hesitated about any of our requests but ALWAYS gave us the facts without beating around the bush. He always made us feel like he was available for us whenever we needed him as well. Because of all this, we not only got our dream home, we saved significant amount of money on a house we never thought we stood a chance on AND was able to close on time in the chaotic market. He took great care of the sellers needs while also making sure us (the buyer) were taken care of too. He is a magician that makes serious magic happen. I’ll never forget it and I still am raving and recommending his team to anyone that says they are looking to buy/sell their home!

Karyn was wonderful to work with. I presented her with a challenge in that the housing market was Very competitive and my budget was Very small. She helped me find a mortgage company and was even able to give me some names for Home Inspectors. In less than 3 months I was able to close on a house I am in love with. She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful negotiator. Never through this whole process did she ever tell me that I wouldn't be able to get what I was hoping for. We did talk about compromising on my wants. In the end I got 98% of what I started out asking for. I have no complaints about Karyn or the wonderful service she provided me.

Tim and his team are truly the best of the best. We have both bought and sold multiple homes with him over the last decade. Once again, our experience with Tim was full of care, compassion, teaching, and attention to detail. In a seller’s market where some washed out pictures from a iPhone and a few phone calls or emails can get the job done Tim goes way above and beyond. Listing the home was a complete package experience with professional photographs including 3D modeling and drone work, detailed research in determining a fair and accurate listing price, a professionally run open house, and countless hours spent talking with buyer’s agents on our behalf. In the end our sale price was significantly higher than we expected and while we can attribute that success in part to the strong market we truly believe Tim’s expertise and professional approach was what made the difference in maximizing our profit. If we end up needing real estate services again we know who to call!
