She helped me find a mortgage company and was even able to give me some names for Home Inspectors. In less than 3 months I was able to close on a house I am in love with. She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful negotiator. Never through this whole process did she ever tell me that I wouldn't be able to get what I was hoping for. We did talk about compromising on my wants. In the end I got 98% of what I started out asking for. I have no complaints about Karyn or the wonderful service she provided me.
