The contract she settled for me was a complicated Estate sale with many issues that arrose and had to be resolved. It took some time to resolve but Marsha always made me feel that I was her only client. She is a delight to work with and I will never use another broker should I require one.

From writing up a multitude of offers to boating to an island in February and face-timing us a tour of the house, Marsha never once let us down. And you know what? She was totally right, because we eventually purchased the waterfront property of our dreams. I can't thank Marsha enough for sticking with us during one of the most bizarrely difficult periods in real estate. She's truly the best and you'd be lucky to have her as your realtor.
