Over the past 12 years I have been though the home buying process 4 times. I have worked with numerous agents for both buying and selling and Tim is by far my favorite agent. We are moving back to Maine from 900 miles away and Tim helped us with houses from Phippsburg to Scarorough. Every house we were interested he seemed to know the back story on and was extremely helpful in deciding if a house was worth perusing or not. He understood exactly how I/ we wanted to handle this process and never tired to get us to go over budget, look at houses that weren't a good fit, etc. He was also extremely helpful giving us contact info for various loan officers, inspectors and builders. We will be using Tim for all of our house buying and selling needs in the future.

My husband and I signed Tim as our buying agent. First and foremost, Tim is an absolute professional. His experience in the business really shines. He takes the time to explain up front all the legalize of real estate contracts in laymen terms to make sure there is full disclosure and understanding. You can be confident that he will protect your best interests and will not disclose any personal information about your reasons to buy or sell to any other agents or interested parties. You can also count on him to be very responsive to your needs and he works really hard at scheduling any showings you'd like around your time requirements. He is happy to set up queries to help find homes of interest, but equally happy to show you any homes that you may find on your own. Last, but not least, seeing homes with Tim is FUN. He is full of positive energy, loves what he does, and knows a wealth about properties, which he is happy to share. In the end, my husband and I had a change of heart, and decided to stay where we are, and not buy. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to help my wife and I buy our first house in the area we want and the price we are comfortable with. Tim sold a house for us today the no other realtor was able to sell. He is very knowledgeable about the market and will give you the best information on selling your home. We wish we had started with him as our realtor!! He was in constant contact with us and responds very quickly to emails and phone calls. Because of excellent service and results he provided to friends, we contracted with Tim to sell our house in spring 2015. He suggested improvements. We asked, "What is the average length of time for your listings to close?" He replied, "Ninety days." We shook hands. We made the improvements Tim suggested. The house listing went public. Eighty-nine days later, after about 15-16 showings--and one second showing--we signed a contract for the sale of the house. For our sale, Tim operated as both the sellers' and the buyers' broker, and he was impressive in his ability to strategize helpfully for each party. In general, Tim has mastered the contemporary reality of buyers shopping by Internet searches--which has changed the selling reality from what it was--and for his electronic responsiveness. He responds to any query of ours almost immediately--scarcely have we ever waited longer than two hours to hear back. Tim paid for top-quality staging advice and for top-quality photographs. We believe these elements account for our number of showings as compared with other local for-sale houses of which we are aware. Tim is the best choice when it comes to the local real estate market. We were immediately impressed by his rapid response to our first email for an informational meeting.
