Never under pressure to buy… Tim was great! While shopping around, I found most agents would either not respond or they responded with pressure. Very personable and friendly! Tim is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. I knew Tim from his days in the car business. He had a terrific reputation so when it was time to buy a house, I contacted Tim and it was effortless from the time he got involved until closing. Naturally, when it was time to sell that house 12 years later, I called Tim. He had the house staged beautifully and I received offers almost immediately. The market was down and the house did not sell right away but Tim kept trying to market it for me.
