My husband and I just closed on our new home last week. It was long and at times very frustrating. Problems kept popping up and we kept thinking we would never close on it. Marsha was great from the beginning. She had a solution for EVERY problem that came up. When I thought the outlook was bleak she knew how to fix it. She was always quick to call or respond to me and my husband when we texted or called. It was a pleasure to work with her. I would definitely recommend her and we would work with her again in the future.

My wife and I closed on a house in Winthrop back in January. My wife wrote a review within days. I waited to see if all of Marsha's insights and information would come to fruition. I can honestly say that everything Marsha told us was spot on. My wife and I could not be any happier with everything. Marsha went far and above what I have found to be the normal tasks you would expect from a realtor. The house we were looking at had actually been taken off the market just days earlier. But Marsha spoke with the listing company and made sure we would be able to view the property at our convenience. She saw us through the price negotiations and helped us get to our target number. Being from out-of-state, I wanted to conduct all of the business locally, Marsha introduced me to the Vice President of the local bank. Three days later we were funded. She negotiated extra time allowances for our "Due Diligence" period just in case we needed it. Then came the inspections themselves and once again the professionals she recommended were just that. Extremely professional. They worked with me and performed inspection on Saturday's when I was able to be present, and on a holiday week. They were all kind, courteous, and just as professional as Marsha. Marsha also made sure all was acceptable with the owner explaining our situation to him. Here is the real kicker as to Marsha's character, this home was outside of Marsha's normal working radius. But that made no difference to her. She was always early for every visit, inspection, showing, meeting, etc. Although Winthrop was outside her area, she has some local ties which yielded a plethora of local insights and information, from local eateries, to jewelry stores, and little "inside" tid bits of information to help us transition into our new home and community. I would and will recommend Marsha to anyone that is looking for a realtor without reservation 100%.

Marsha provided us with an above extraordinary experience when we bought our house last month. She was efficient and caring about our house selection. She worked around our schedule and brought us around to several houses in which we fell in love with the last house we saw. Marsha was like a partner in our buying process. She helped us not only find the perfect house, but was willing to help us see things we might not have noticed. She represented us and our concerns, and was very knowledgeable about anything we would ask of her. If for some reason she didn't know something, she would find out and get back to us promptly. We had some unusual circumstances with our finances, making our closing process unique, and Marsha was able to navigate through them. Marsha was awesome to work with. If I ever move again, we will only work with Marsha.

We did not know Marsha when we chose her through Zillow. She was truly a great real estate agent for my husband and I. She arranged all the showings which were somewhat complicated. When we found the house she stayed on top of the process all the way through constantly watching out for us when things got a bit difficult. She is professional through and through and she is pleasant and fun to work with. I highly recommend her.

Re-locating military with a big wish list for our new house. However, Marsha led us through the dynamic market that we soon realized was very fast paced. Marsha jumped on every opportunity there was and even sending us listing minutes after they came onto the market. She would waste no time with setting up showings, which was imperative because of the fast paced turnover. We looked and looked and our wish list was finally fulfilled when Marsha had sent and later shown us just the house we wanted. Throughout the negotiation, she was on top and timely with the needed responses for both parties. She worked with the seller, my lender, and us while balancing the bumpy process of buying a house. But to our amazement, she did it all flawlessly. Patient, upfront, tough negotiator, kind, personable, are some of the many attributes that you can expect.
