I contacted Sandy about 8 months before I decided to sell. She never pressured me, but did call to checked in about once a month. When I decide selling my house was what I wanted to do she was there within 2 days and had it on the market. We were under contract in less than 3 days. She also helped us find a new house and buy it. We wanted to sell our house and use the money as the down payment on the new house.
