I cannot say enough great things about this company altogether. They truly work as a team and are the most amazing group of people we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Rana Thompson has yet again proven herself to be THE BEST realtor in the business! We recommend Rana & The Allnutt Agency a million times over. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING you did to help us throughout this process.

Susie was a lifesaver. From the smallest detail (giving us a new home starter kit) to being the voice we needed for our lender to speed up the process. We couldn’t have done this without her.

Worked with Sandy to sell my house this summer. I was concerned about the pandemic and how that might affect the market and transaction. Sandy did a great job. Everything went better than I could have expected.

When we needed to sell our home quickly for a job relocation, Sandy showed up the next day asking all the right questions and ready to guide us through the process. She had our home listed the same day. Sandy was easy to work with and very responsive. I feel like she really alleviated a lot of the stress of selling our house! Thanks for a great experience!

Sandy came highly recommended and I couldn't have been happier. She has a great sense of the Lexington market, positioned my house well for sale, is always helpful and responsive.

Aaron and Sandy made a stressful experience as easy as possible. Having questions and concerns answered within 24 hours helped us throughout the process. Our home was marketed well and ultimately the right buyer came along. Once they did, the negotiations were handled professionally and we felt like The Agency went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. I will highly recommend The Agency to anyone I know who is selling a home.

Sandy was our agent when we purchased our condo and we loved her, so when we decided to sell we didn’t consider anyone else. She had professional pics taken and even had a video made! The listing looked awesome! Had a showing scheduled within 30 min of listing, an offer in under 48 hours and money in hand in 2 weeks. If you aren’t sure you want to sell you might want to find a different agent. LOL. We couldn’t be happier!

Paul was excellent! He was very honest with me regarding the value of the house and the neighborhood. Not being from the area, he was a huge help. He was available at all times and definitely went the extra mile for me. I would recommend him to anyone!

Sandy is Amazing! Talk about a real estate professional who gets results. On our most recent house sale, Sandy's exceptional marketing plan brought us 14 excellent contracts in just a few days - we were stunned! The outcome far exceeded our wildest dreams. We’ve worked with Sandy on 4 property transactions, and couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to being a marketer extraordinaire, her friendly, enthusiastic, and honest demeanor make her a joy to deal with. As both buyers and sellers, we’ve always been impressed with her communication skills and how hard she works to keep us informed and in the loop - a trait that we appreciate so much. Buying and selling property is stressful, and it’s good to know that Sandy is there to help make the task as easy and successful as possible. Trust us, if you need an incredible real estate agent, contact Sandy Allnutt at The Agency.

Sandy was an incredible help during the process of selling our house. We had to move suddenly for a new job - I got the offer and within a couple weeks had to start a new job out of state. When I first called her she was extremely responsive and met me in my home the next morning. She gave great advice on what quick improvements we could do to make the home perform well on the market. She was professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable about current pricing trends. Instead of simply putting pictures of the home online, like most realtors do, she had a professional photographer create a video showing a walk through of the entire home. My home always had far more views online than average, I believe because of the beautiful way she advertised it. In the end she sold the home for more than I expected. After we left town, she was always there to check the work done by contractors before I paid and she held them to higher standards than I probably would have been able to. Even though I was out of state for most of the process, she constantly kept me in the loop and always responded quickly. What I was most impressed with, however, was her ability to fit unexpected needs in to her schedule without much notice. More than once she received a call from me unexpectedly needing her to let someone in the home or oversee a repair, and she always found a way to get it done even though she is a popular realtor and her schedule is often packed. I can't recommend the Allnutt group enough. If you want to get as much out of your home as possible, she's the one to do it!

Paul Campbell is an outstanding realtor agent! We were super grateful our pathway crossed and have him as our realtor! He is so kind and caring, hard working man, always go above and beyond, and he will help you with his absolute best. He is also very smart, knowledgeable, and professional is his profession. Despite an issue we have in the process of buying our house, he had everything under control, put us at ease, and he just took very good care of us :) He would sacrifice for his clients and get things done super quickly and correctly. Cannot ask for a better realtor agent! There are no other words my husband and I have, to explain more how good Paul Campbell is! :) Definitely will recommend him to others and we’ll continue to work with him for the future buying! Thank God for him and a great team my husband and I have during the process! Thank you Paul! :)
