Our family has used The Allnut Group at The Agency for multiple sales/purchases of homes and could not be happier with the quality of their work and the speed in which homes sell with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

I had bought a condo the first week in Dec. 2019 and needed to sell my home. We had dealt with Paul years ago when planning to sell the house. We never put it on the market at that time but knew when we did we would want Paul to list the house. He was helpful in making suggestions to spruce up/update the house and I agreed. I was very concerned at the time with my husband being under Hospice care. Knowing that I had a winning realtor handling the sale of my house, I was able to concentrate on other matters. Was very pleased that the home sold within 2 months even though it was listed in the months of Jan. and Feb. Would definitely recommend Paul to everyone. He was encouraging and helpful. He is a credit to the Agency.

Susie's knowledge and access to expert vendors such as photographers was key to the quick sale of our home. She handled all of the facets of our real estate deal in the utmost professional manner. Susie's familiarity of the local area made our search for a new home after the sale much easier. I would highly recommend Susie to anyone who is considering the sale of or purchase of a home.

Susie communicated timely and professionally in all aspects of purchasing a home from sending us leads, setting appointments, recommending a lender, home inspector and going above and beyond to help in the closing of our home. Thank you Susie!

I would highly recommend Rana to any of my friends and family ready to purchase or sell a home. We sold our first home and bought our second with her and she made the process as seamless as possible. She worked incredibly fast to get an offer written, get our current home listed and sold in less than 48 hours. And it was all on a holiday weekend. She’s a hard worker and totally trustworthy with such a big life decision.

She helped us prepare and price our property to obtain the maximum selling price. Would use her services again if we were selling a property 5 Stars out of 5

Sandy is a model American patriot. She walked us through the process of selling our house which included doing a market analysis, making suggestions on preparing the house for sale, overseeing the listing photographs, and listing the property. We received 3 offers of at least asking price within 24 hours and were under contract in less than 2 days. Throughout the entire process she was very responsive to calls and text messages. If you are considering buying or selling a home, I cannot recommend Sandy highly enough.

Paul Campbell worked with us for over a year providing excellent advise on getting our home in South Lexington ready to be sold and preparing us for what to expect. Once the home was sold, Paul supported us through the home inspection and provided guidance on getting items on the punch list taken care of to the buyer's satisfaction. Paul is in the real estate business not so much to make money as to help people through the transition of buying and selling a home - that's a big difference between Paul and other agents and makes working with him a real pleasure.
