Sandy and her team are true professionals who I would recommend to anyone! From day one, Sandy worked tirelessly to prepare, promote and sell our home. Her experience and knowledge of the local market, as well as her negotiating skills made the process painless and delivered a successful outcome. Do not hesitate to utilize and benefit from her services and those provided by The Agency. You will not be disappointed!

I contacted Sandy about 8 months before I decided to sell. She never pressured me, but did call to checked in about once a month. When I decide selling my house was what I wanted to do she was there within 2 days and had it on the market. We were under contract in less than 3 days. She also helped us find a new house and buy it. We wanted to sell our house and use the money as the down payment on the new house. Sandy walked us through the whole process and what I thought was going to be a pain stacking process was very easy. Sandy Allnutt really is the best and she knows what she is doing.

It was a pleasure working with The Allnutt Group and Sandy in particular. This was our first time selling a home and she made everything very easy for us and the stress level was very low. Not to mention that we had an offer and a deal in place in six days after our home was placed on the market. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a great real estate company!!!

Sandy did a great job helping me get my house sold. In under 48 hours, I had five offers and received $5000 over my list price. Sandy was also very pleasant and knowledgeable on everything I needed from her during the process. I can't recommend her enough!

Sandy and her team provide excellent service on every front. Communication is key in selling and buying a home and I could not have been more satisfied with Sandy on this point. I bought my first home with Sandy 12 years ago and used Sandy as my realtor to sell that home just now and I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or to sell.

This was not my first rodeo using Sandy to sell a house. She is very friendly, she has a quick response time in communicating, and she lets you know exactly what to expect and what's needed. Highly recommended!

Sandy did an excellent job researching comparable sales and helping us determine our asking price. She evaluated our home and suggested improvements which we believe were critical in selling our home. She held three open houses which is how the buyers found us.

Susie is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful! When it came to searching for our house, she was right there every step of the way. Our process wouldn’t have been worth it if we didn’t have her by our side!

Susie stayed on top of the progress of our closing and prevented unnecessarily delays. Her diligence was critical to us closing on time. We appreciated her knowledge and caring to keep things on track.

An extremely helpful and kind man. We saw how helpful he was to our grown children and knew we wanted him to help us find a home in Kentucky. He was so helpful to me because I was not used to having to take care of the buying of a house. My husband took care of all this business before and now is not able to. I needed a lot of help figuring things out! No better man for the job!! It was smooth sailing since I had never done this before because Paul took care of everything.
