I had bought a condo the first week in Dec. 2019 and needed to sell my home. We had dealt with Paul years ago when planning to sell the house. We never put it on the market at that time but knew when we did we would want Paul to list the house. He was helpful in making suggestions to spruce up/update the house and I agreed.
