Susie worked very hard to sell our property and was always willing to hold an open house to increase traffic. She explained the current market to us and helped us evaluate offers before making decisions. She was very excited for us when we received a great offer and helped to get the deal closed in just 3 days!

Susie was awesome from start to finish. Susie helped me all the way in finding a home in a great place and understanding the process of buying a home and helping me the whole way to closing. Susie did everything in her power to find me the right home and was with me every step of the way. This was my first home purchase and Susie truly made it an unforgettable experience that I will never forget. Thank you so much.

We have used Sandy and her team twice and they have made it such a great and easy experience. They are always willing to help and answer questions. We would never use anyone else.

We asked a friend of ours who they used to sell their many homes. They told me Sandy Allnut was far and beyond the best realtor to get your house sold. Sandy came to visit, gave us recommendations to help with the sale, and was always available to answer our questions. Her video of our home made me want to buy my own home. Sandy also got us our asking price! I would give Sandy a 6 Star if that were possible.

Paul was a pleasure to work with in sailing our home. He had all the market research and comps printed for our review prior to listing our home and used a professional photographer. He is a generous and trustworthy individual. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

I work in the financial industry and work with agents all over Central KY. This is the second time we have used The Agency and they are second to none! I feel like a lot of real estate transactions are just that - transactions. Sandy, Aaron and the rest of The Agency team treated us like a friend - even reaching out a month later to check on us after the birth of our son!

We are a home builder and we hired Sandy Allnut to list the homes we had in the Nichloasville area. She was always prompt, professional and on top of everything. She got our homes sold fast and for the amount she said it would sell for. Sandy's communication was always great and she was very thorough. She was honest and knowledgable with how the market is. It was great to work with her and we would hire her again if we ever build more homes in that area.

This was our first time selling a home. Sandy was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered our many questions and guided us through the process. Our home sold so quick and I know it had to do with the pictures, video, advertising and care she took to list our home. We have now sold 1 home and bought 2 from her agency. Overall great experiences on all!

We have come out of the construction business and have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years. This has been our been our best experience by far. Paul was in this for what was good for us--not just for what was good for him. He was totally engaged, quickly responded when we needed something, wonderfully helpful, and determined to get the best results. Couldn't be happier.

Professional, sold house in 4 days, helped me thru the process. Would recommend this company to anyone who is involved with selling or purchasing a home. Great job from her team.

Sandy is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable; she truly made the entire process smooth! She was quick to respond to our questions and needs and she equally listened and advised—making her a terrific partner in a process that can be quite stressful. Hire Sandy and her team...you won’t be disappointed!

Sandy was professional, experienced, pro-active, friendly and positive. One thing that makes her stand out from most realtors is her selling strategy. It's nothing short of phenomenal, especially in a seller's market. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home!!!
