Susie worked very hard to sell our property and was always willing to hold an open house to increase traffic. She explained the current market to us and helped us evaluate offers before making decisions. She was very excited for us when we received a great offer and helped to get the deal closed in just 3 days!

Excellent experience in finding my first starter home
Susie was awesome from start to finish. Susie helped me all the way in finding a home in a great place and understanding the process of buying a home and helping me the whole way to closing. Susie did everything in her power to find me the right home and was with me every step of the way. Ethical, thorough, kind and knows the business
We asked a friend of ours who they used to sell their many homes. They told me Sandy Allnut was far and beyond the best realtor to get your house sold. Sandy came to visit, gave us recommendations to help with the sale, and was always available to answer our questions. Her video of our home made me want to buy my own home. Sandy also got us our asking price! I would give Sandy a 6 Star if that were possible.

First Class!!
I work in the financial industry and work with agents all over Central KY. This is the second time we have used The Agency and they are second to none! I feel like a lot of real estate transactions are just that - transactions. Sandy, Aaron and the rest of The Agency team treated us like a friend - even reaching out a month later to check on us after the birth of our son!

Sandy was on top of everything!
We are a home builder and we hired Sandy Allnut to list the homes we had in the Nichloasville area. She was always prompt, professional and on top of everything. She got our homes sold fast and for the amount she said it would sell for. Sandy's communication was always great and she was very thorough. She was honest and knowledgable with how the market is. It was great to work with her and we would hire her again if we ever build more homes in that area.

Great experience!
This was our first time selling a home. Sandy was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered our many questions and guided us through the process. Our home sold so quick and I know it had to do with the pictures, video, advertising and care she took to list our home. We have now sold 1 home and bought 2 from her agency. Overall great experiences on all!

Totally Engaged
We have come out of the construction business and have dealt with a lot of realtors over the years. This has been our been our best experience by far. Paul was in this for what was good for us--not just for what was good for him.
