Unbelievable realtor! Easy to communicate with, professional, honest, knowledgeable, the list goes on. She sold our house fast, for above asking! We had multiple offers with the first being just a few hours after it was posted! We were selling from a distance. That meant, communication had to be strong and she didn't disappoint. She was phenomenal. Could not recommend her more.

Sandy was extremely helpful during the process of selling our house. She provided excellent and helpful advise to direct us prior to placing our home on the market. She also did her research and assisted us with putting our house in the correct price bracket. We were able to sell our home quickly and received regular updates through the entire process. We were extremely pleased working with Sandy!

In just a few words, let me say that Susie Basham served us so well in selling our property! She was very accessible, professional, and yet made us feel like family as she worked with us. Susie knows her business! It seemed like I had lots of little issues/questions, all of which she patiently answered. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of an extremely capable realtor!

Amazing and full of energy. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very efficient and provided me with electronic tools that made the process very easy. I was impressed with her strategic skills! Listed house on Friday and had pending sale on Saturday.

In this seller's market, Sandy had a great strategy for the quick sale of our house! We received multiple offers above asking, and were able to sell on a timeline that worked for us. Sandy is so personable and helpful, and has many connections in the industry. We worked with Sandy and her husband for the purchase of the same house 4 years ago, and really enjoyed working with Sandy again. I would strongly recommend Sandy to anyone who was looking for a great agent!
