Kristen was VERY patient and went out of her way to help us find the right house. She was always willing to show us a house at the time we needed or wanted-ie flexible. She also helped explain multiple aspects of the buying process to us as first time buyers and provided all the information we needed in paper form or other. Any time we had a question or needed something she was on it immediately. She stayed realistic in what we would be able to do and helped us manage our expectations of price etc which was very important to us. We were happy with her as our realtor and definitely recommend.

Kristy was awesome. We came from out of town for a weekend trip and she spent two days with us looking at properties and ultimately putting in an offer. She also met up with our daughter to look at a few properties before we could make the trip. She answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. She provided contacts along the whole process ranging from financing to contractors. Kristy has kept in touch after the purchase was complete to make sure things were going good. We were selling two houses at the same time. Sandy Allnutt came to our houses with helpful suggestions of what to do, and what didn't need doing, to get the houses ready for market. She had solid advice right down to what exact colors to paint, and came to the flooring store to help us pick new flooring that would help the houses sell. She even helped us find a fantastic agent in another city where we were buying a new home. When were were ready to list the houses for sale, she did an open house right away, had lots of showings, and both houses sold within 2 weeks. We ended up selling for more money than we had thought the houses would bring. She handled everything quickly and professionally right up to the closing, and was always a pleasure to deal with. I am happy to recommend her without reservation.

We have had experience of bad realtors with our first home and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone be so patient to help teach us about the neighborhoods of Lexington. Kristy never over promised, let us put an offer in that we felt was right and helped us to feel confident about it based on the market.
