This is the second time we have used Sandy as our realtor, and she is so easy to work with. She is very accessible and always responds to our questions promptly. Sandy uses innovative ways to market your house in the most effective way. I highly recommend Sandy Allnut if you are in need of a realtor.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Kristy to sell and buy a home. Kristy has a wonderful smile and personality. She's professional, knowledgeable and looks out for her clients best interest. When the time comes, we will certainly partner with Kristy!

We were so blessed to have found Sandy through an internet search. From the first time we met, she was extremely organized, timely, and positive. She made recommendations on things we could do to increase the value of the home and make it more appealing to buyers, but was never high pressure and left it up to us to make the best decisions for our situation. She was always available and made the listing/showing process easier. We highly recommend her!

Sandy Allnutt’s associate, Kristy Hall, helped us find a great home in an area that was unfamiliar to us. She helped make our experience as easy as possible and spoke on our behalf wonderfully to other listing agents in the area.

Kristy made our search and purchase smooth and easy. She is an amazing resource and was a great help for us as first time homebuyers.

We had an excellent seller experience with Kristy. We were able to sell our house in significantly less time by leveraging her market knowledge, charisma, and overall willingness to get the deal closed. We highly recommend her and her brokerage to anyone wishing to sell their houses fast.

Kristen was VERY patient and went out of her way to help us find the right house. She was always willing to show us a house at the time we needed or wanted-ie flexible. She also helped explain multiple aspects of the buying process to us as first time buyers and provided all the information we needed in paper form or other. Any time we had a question or needed something she was on it immediately. She stayed realistic in what we would be able to do and helped us manage our expectations of price etc which was very important to us. We were happy with her as our realtor and definitely recommend.
