Sandy was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home. She is a consummate real-estate professional. She knows and understands the market in the area and brings with her a wealth of real-estate knowledge to the relationship. She is ethical in her approach and is focused on results. Sandy was always responsive to our communication even while on vacation. I highly recommend Sandy and The Allnutt Group at The Agency, Inc.

Always there to answer questions and with you every step of the way. The photographs really made my house pop and I honestly don’t think I would have got more than asking or sold my house quicker with another agent. Sandy is truly the best real estate agent I have ever had

Kristy is a very knowledgeable realtor. She is very professional at all times and very quick to action. We were buyers from out of state. Looking for a home during a hot market and living away presented challenges for us but Kristy helped overcome those challenges, was more than willing to meet with us and tour various homes while visiting the the area plus doing a zoom tours if needed. She also provided recommendations for contractors and services. At all time she was very quick to respond to our questions. We could have not had a better agent. We do not hesitate in giving Kristy the highest recommendation!

From the moment I first spoke with Sandy I knew that she was the agent to sell our house. She was so helpful in staging and marketing. She knows the market very well! All along the way Sandy guided our process so that we sold the house for far more than the asking price, closed on time, and had no glitches along the way.

We enjoyed our selling and buying experience with Sandy after working with her husband to purchase our first home several years ago. Sandy was open to and supportive of our ideas as sellers and quick and responsive to our requests as buyers, which helped us get a head start in this crazy market!

I honestly don't know how working with Sandy could have been better. Sandy's communication throughout the ENTIRE process was fantastic. She was extremely professional, always on time, very informative and not to mention; sold our house quickly! We felt comfortable through the entire process. There is a reason we have been a returning client and will continue to reference friends and family to her.

Luke was awesome! He helped us buy our first home and made the process a lot less stressful. He answered ALL of our questions and was always available to provide addition information about additional resources. He even conducted weekly check-ins with our bank during the loan processing. I would highly recommend letting Luke help you find your dream house!

Susie jumped right in when we sought her help, and she was able to respond quickly and effectively to our requests and inquiries. We were buying a hone in another city, and while that came with its own natural challenges, Susie made the process as smooth as possible she also has a ton of killer recommendations!

I worked with Luke for the past 3 months and made my home buying experience truly unforgettable. As a first time homeowner at 20 years of age, Luke has displayed excellent professionalism and knowledge that made buying a home smooth, simple, and less complicated than it seems. Luke was eager to answer every question I ask. His positive attitude and energy enlightened our experience. I definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a home- especially if it’s your first time- to consider Luke as your KY Agent!
