Susie was a great asset for me while I was purchasing my first home. She helped me move through the process quickly and efficiently in hectic market and with the threat of a pandemic. I would recommend her hands down to anyone I know looking to purchase a home.

Kristy is tremendous to work with. She is knowledgeable of the local markets, willing to listen to your ideas and offer creative ideas for maximizing value, and keeps the transaction moving -- without seeming pushy. She's patient with questions and was always available with calls, coordination with the other side of the transaction, and making the process easier, in general.

From pre-marketing strategy, to final closing details, Sandy guided us with precise and helpful coaching. She was very responsive to our needs, including some last minute trips to the property when we locked the door and didn’t have a key any longer! We sold for a great price and everyone was happy.

Sandy came recommended by a family friend and was great from our first interaction to the last! She was very knowledgeable about the market in Lexington, has a lot of experience and impressive profile of previous work. She came over for the initial consultation with very helpful information (first time selling a home). As a bonus, the photographer/videographer she used did an AMAZING job and had a virtual tour ready so quickly. We sold my house over asking price and Sandy was great throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!
