When Sandy came and sat with me the first time, she fully discussed “how” she would market the house. How her Team would work together. She gave me a very solid background and foundation of her experience in the market. She didn’t want discuss her pricing recommendation unless we agreed to move forward together. That impressed me with her level of professionalism. She easily outclassed the other three agents and agencies I interviewed. When it came time to discuss the marketing plan, she was prepared. She knew the market, she knew the ranges of everything and the history of every house in neighborhood. I was surprised at the value of the property in her recommendation, but her knowledge and preparation led me to trust her. Needless to say the house was under contract with three solid offers in the preview period. She was great at advising and coaching through offer acceptance and the differences between the offers.
