I can’t say enough good things about Sandy Allnutt. We’re family, yet she treated us with the utmost respect that any client deserves. My father is in poor health, and we made the decision to move him from NY, to live with us in KY. We needed to find a large home quickly, and Sandy did not disappoint. She sent us 3 homes the day I contacted her, and we made an appointment that Sunday to see the one we purchased. We also needed to sell our current home. Sandy guided us with her expertise. By providing repair, staging tips, and a having a professional photographer come and shoot our home, we knew we were in great hands. Kristy was EXTREMELY helpful in navigating the daunting task of moving across country. My family and I relocated from Colorado with her help. She helped us narrow down the areas to look in, which to avoid, and gave us endless information on our new city down to what restaurants and local attractions were a must see! She made herself available to us and always was quick to jump on setting up listings and getting the information we needed. Due to her having the availability and right amount of aggressiveness and knowledge of the market, we were able to get our offer in and pay a fair price for the property. We linked up with Andy through one of the many realtor apps-dont remember which one. This was a mistake, as now Andy is connected to us F-O-R-E-V-E-R. Over the course of 9 months, my wife and I put Andy through some of the most stressful real estate searches of his career and he took it like a champ. The constant texts, emails and phone calls. Late night viewings, and nearly 60 properties to get through before landing on what is hopefully our forever home.
