About Sandy

I’m Sandy Allnutt, the Founder and Broker Associate of The Allnutt Group. Originally from Germany, I’ve proudly called Central Kentucky home since 1989. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate and began my career as an Appraiser trainee before transitioning to full-time Real Estate sales in 2004. In 2011, I founded The Allnutt Group, and in 2017, I earned my Broker Associate License. Over the years, I’ve been honored to consistently rank as a Top Producer, with my team placing in the top 1% of Bluegrass REALTORS® from 2015 to 2023. I’m also a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club and hold multiple designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute. In 2021, I was proud to receive the Rate My Agent Top Agent Award for Fayette County, along with recognition as a top agent in Jessamine County and Kentucky. I’m passionate about serving my clients and my community, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others achieve their real estate goals.

Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of our clients. Sandy was born in Germany and has lived in Central KY since 1989 She is married to Aaron Allnutt and they have 3 wonderful kids, Tyler, Olivia, and Addison. She graduated from EKU in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate. After graduating college, Sandy worked as an Appraiser trainee for several years before going into Real Estate sales full-time in 2004 and forming The Allnutt Group in 2011. Sandy earned her Broker Associate License in 2017. She’s been a consistent top producer with her team’s 2015-2019 production ranking them in the top 1% of LBAR production. Sandy values education and is a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, and has earned the CRS, ABR, SRES, SRS, & GRI designations, among others. Kristy is a lifelong Lexington native who truly enjoys the process of home selling and buying. She’s been licensed since 2015 and has 7 years of experience in the mortgage business! She is a member of the Allnutt Group. She has earned the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Kristy is an avid runner and loves planning for future races. Since 2023, Michael has worked in administration for The Allnutt Group, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the business. His behind-the-scenes role sparked a genuine passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Real estate runs in his blood—his grandfather, Marvin Greenwell, was a well-respected Realtor in Bardstown—and today, Michael is proud to carry on that legacy as a licensed Realtor serving all of Central Kentucky.

Sandy is the BEST!

Sandy Allnutt is a wonderful realtor. She walked with me every step of the way with the sale of my home. It was a very emotional time and many unknowns for me and she made each step of the sale very easy. We got in a bidding war with the sale and she helped me make a clear concise decision by her explanations of all the pros and cons for each offer and I ended up choosing an offer above asking price. She kept in touch even during a personal family time trip which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay in South Carolina but If I ever move back to Lexington, Sandy is the first person I will call!

Wonderful experience

We couldn’t have asked for a better group to help us buy our home in Lexington. We were buying from out of town and Sandy went above and beyond to help us. She was straightforward, kind, and honest. Her son and husband also helped too. They truly know the definition of customer service and helping others! Will use them again in the future pending other homes we will purchase and recommend them to anyone needing to buy a home in the area!!
