The team of Karen DeGeorge, Crystal Rogers and Stacie Levreau worked seamlessly together to afford a highly professional approach to selling in a challenging marketplace. Karen offered a realistic target offering price which was supported by exceptionally well done photography and property description. Strategic open houses, in particular realtor open houses managed by Crystal and continuing feedback communication led to an offer in relatively short order in today's market. The inevitable back and forth following an offer to purchase was treated with respect to both parties and resulted in a final agreement within a few days.
