In this process one of the things I really appreciated was the guidance for neighborhoods. If we picked a house to look at and Bob didn't think it was the right fit, he told us and then let us make the decision to move forward or not. This is where Bob and his team really listen and guide you to what they think you would like best. The buying and selling process is stressful and takes a lot of time and energy.
