Bob sold us our first home 14 year ago and we knew when we were ready to sell it and buy our new property we wanted to have Bob represent us again. Bob was prompt, communicative, honest, and thorough. We trusted him in a very tough market to get our house sold and he did. He guided us through the process and was very honest with expectation on the market, price and what we needed to do to get the house sold. Bob's team was fantastic throughout, hit all deadlines, and did a fantastic job in the marketing process which was key to getting the house sold. For us, the right move was to buy first and sell once we moved. Doing this, we had the flexibility to move out first, empty the house and then have Bob's team stage it and show it without having to worry about us leaving the house to show it. I highly recommend this process with Bob. He also offers the flexibility of different packages to market the home to fit all budgets. Bob also found us our new home which was not easy and we are incredibly happy. Through the process we never felt pressure to buy or sell. He was very clear to let us know he and his team were here for us any time and wanted to make sure the timing of everything was right for us. Bob really takes the time to get to know you and what you want and need and does not try to tell you something or show you something that does not fit. In this process one of the things I really appreciated was the guidance for neighborhoods. If we picked a house to look at and Bob didn't think it was the right fit, he told us and then let us make the decision to move forward or not. This is where Bob and his team really listen and guide you to what they think you would like best. The buying and selling process is stressful and takes a lot of time and energy. You need the right realtor to help you through to make it as easy as possible. I highly recommend Bob for your buying and selling needs. He and his team will take care of you from beginning to end!
