David and Krista are amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We used David and Krista when buying our first home. We had no idea what we were supposed to know and they lead us through the entire process. We also sold our first home with them and that process was so smooth and we got above asking price! We did end up moving out of state and couldn't use them to buy our second home, but they did get us connected with an amazing lendor in our new state. They go above and beyond and really care about everyone they work with. What I love even more is how much they are connected within the community and take steps to support local businesses. Even though we have moved, they still send us cards and keep up with on social media. Our experience with Mike Burns team of professionals was above our expectations. Mike advised us a few items that we could do to enhance the value of our property to would be buyers. We followed those recommendations, and it paid off with the offers received. We were kept informed of all of the offers as they were received.
