Kim was fantastic to work with when selling our townhome. After our inital discussion we were able to put our home on the market within the month. She assisted us in preparing our house for the sale. We had buyers back out due to financing but she knew the market well and we had offers quickly after. Our house sold quickly and it was an easy process!

Kim and Rusty went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly. Kim had difficulties to overcome in that the out of state seller, who also happened to be the broker/agent for the transaction, created some last minute drama which could have been avoided. Kim persevered, though, and with some great last minute help from Rusty, got the closing accomplished and possession transferred. We are very grateful to both of them for their calm professionalism and perseverence during the entire transaction. I used to handle real estate closings when I practiced law and I know competent professionals when I deal with them. Kim and Rusty are competent professionals to be sure. On top of that, they are great people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

If I could give the Kronenberger team more starts I absolutely would. From helping us find our dream condo to now selling our condo. It has definitely been a bittersweet few weeks but they have been so courteous and caring and just helping us every step of the way. What I would assume is a stressful situation buying and selling a home.. I would know nothing about stress because of Kim and Rusty and everyone else at the Kronenberger team.
