We met with Tim not long after visiting a former neighbor in a 55+ active adult community. We weren't actively looking but we fell in love with the homes and the community. So, in mid-to-late 2022, we contacted Tim to begin looking. Prices were higher than we wanted at the time so we decided that we would put the search on hold.
