Working with Steve was an absolutely great a d smooth experience. His years of experience in the business were fully on display. Steve took the time to carefully explain to every step of the process, as a seller. He was also instrumental in helping me to clear up issues with a lean (on the house) that had erroneously been recorded in the County Assessor's Office. Additionally, Steve helped me to arrange for the professional inspection, repairs and certifications of the roof, furnace, electric, etc. In closing, I would not hesitate to work with Steve again should I need to sell or purchase a home in the future. We met Kim at an open house before we were ready to officially jump into the housing market. Kim reached out to us when we were ready. The Denver metro housing market is an extremely difficult market to navigate, especially in our competitive price range. We'd been trying to purchase a house for the past three years, through other real estate companies and Agents. Kim is very knowledgeable, flexible, patient and extremely responsive. She helped my husband and I decide the type of property that would be best for our family by giving us the space and time to explore the current market. Kim made us feel like we were her only client and her patience extended to our two small children, who had to come along on house showings (they are high energy). It was a painless process, which was not our prior experience. Also, Kim has a ton of industry contacts, all of whom I would trust and use. In the end, we bought the dream house that she found for us! We love Kim and hope to stay in touch with her.
